MANOCOMB certified up to SIL3

Functional safety according to IEC 61508 / IEC 61511.

The proven pressure monitors and safety pressure limiters of the MANOCOMB series are certified with immedate effect for the employment in process pressure monitoring according to IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 to SIL2 (as single device) as well as to SIL3 (in the combination of 2 devices).

The approval applies in addition to the already existing approvals according to: Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, VdTÜV Druck 100, TRD604, TRB403, DIN EN 1854, DIN DVGW 3398 as well as Gas Appliances Directive 90/396/EWG.

Safety Equipment for natural gas extraction

The safety system is based on the MANOCOMB precision pressure switch, which besides other instruments and equipment is build into a fully integrated controller cabinet.
The pneumatic controller replaces several instruments and offers additional safety and comfort features combined with a tremendous cost reduction
